We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details of how to return it to us as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You must send your returning item back to us as you received it within 14 days of letting us know you would like to return the item and within 30 days from the first purchase date

Postage

If you are returning because you have had a change of mind your postage will not be refunded if it's because of damage loss or error you will receive a full refund.  It will be your responsibility to pay for postage to return it.  if its because of a change of mind we wont refund postage if because of damage we will. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   Upon discovering the damage we will need you to show us all the damage and all the product in as many pictures as possible to show clearly  the damage in good lighting and with clear pictures and videoes of the product and we will also need to see the packaging and how it arrived to you clearly This is so we can make a claim against the shipping company if there is fault with them.  If we accept your return you will need to send back the product and the packaging as you received it within 14 working days of letting us know you have a problem so we can access the claim. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
